Nutrition value of dominant three fishes of Sudanese red sea coast

Based on the current demand fish as food, marine fishes of Sudan have been arbitrary divided into first, second and third grade fish. Examples these are red emperor (Plectroponus moculates) I, mullet II unicorn (Naso unicornis) III. This subjective grading, need to be evaluated grounds organo-leptic tests, gross chemical body parts analysis inclusion in experimentally designed feeding tests.
